The function of scaffolding is to create an artificial flat deck to ensure the safety of construction workers when working at height. The installation of scaffolding must meet all technical requirements and comply with the procedure. The trainee shall be 18 years of age or older and have the minimum general education level of 9/12. After the training course, SAFETY CARE will directly issue certificates in accordance with the Law. The holder of this vocational certificate will have sufficient professional skills to work for the enterprises.

This is considered the most basic training level. Training duration is not too long but the trainee can gain sufficient knowledge and skills for working. In addition, those who have been working can also participate in this course to reinforce their expertise and knowledge. The training course is organized for both individuals and businesses.

I. PRIMARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN ELECTRICAL TECHNIQUE

Safety Care provides primary vocational course in electrical technique for many different subjects. Subjects of this training program must be at least 18 years old and have minimum general education level of 9/12. More specifically, you have to graduate from high school or are working on jobs related to electricity. Moreover, you must have good health to complete the training program. Safety Care will directly issue vocational training certificate in accordance with Circular no. 42/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH after completing the course.

II. OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Identifying conventional symbols on circuit diagrams, on electrical design drawings;
  • Presenting the method of connecting wires and cables. Having basic knowledge of occupational safety and first aid methods to save people with electrical accidents.
  • Presenting how to use measuring tools, marking tools, electrical tools, cutting machines and hand drilling machines, flaring sets, electrical soldering iron;
  • Describing the structure, symbols, working principles of electrical tools, common electrical appliances at home and at small factories;
  • Presenting method of measuring with multimeter, enchanting meter, ampere meter;
  • Presenting the process of installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical tools, common electrical equipment at home and at small factories;
  • Reading electrical design drawings, circuit diagrams and preparing feasible construction plans;
  • Knowing how to choose tools, equipment and supplies with sufficient quantity and right types compliance with designs;
  • Using multimeter, ampere meter, enchanting meter to measure parameters in electrical circuits and networks;
  • Using measuring tools, marking tools, electrical tool kits, portable drilling machines, cutting machines, flaring sets, electrical soldering iron …;
  • Installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical switchgear and protective devices, common electrical equipment at home, at the workshop in accordance with the process and technical requirement.

Welding technology primary vocational training course is opened to provide learning and practicing opportunities for many subjects. Among them are those who have just graduated from high school but do not have the desire to study for college or university degree or those who have welding jobs and want to strengthen the professional skills.

Although primary vocational training is not too new, it is considered the most suitable choice for many subjects. Because of short training duration and low tuition fee, learners can learn quickly and find job soon. Training course is organized for both individuals and enterprises.

I. PRIMARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF WELDING TECHNOLOGY

Safety Care organizes primary vocational training in welding technology in accordance with Circular No. 42/2015/ND-CP with the purpose of training and retraining working skills for workers, helping workers to apply for the job effectively. The trainee must be at least 18 years old and have minimum general education level of 9/12. Safety Care will directly issue vocational training certificate in accordance with the law right after completing the course.

II. OBJECTIVES OF WELDING TECHNOLOGY PRIMARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING

  • Presenting basic knowledge about symbols of welds, welding materials, welding equipment and electric welding techniques.
  • Explaining safety regulations when using electrical welding method.
  • Preparing welding materials, identifying welding gases, welding rods used in electrical welding method.
  • Knowing how to calculate the welding mode in accordance with the thickness, properties of materials, positions and types of welding connection.
  • Welding welds in many different positions, such as flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding by using SMAW, GTAW and GMAW method.
  • Having a sense of responsibility and a sense of self-discipline in learning.
  • Having industrial style, progressive consciousness and professional ethics.

PRIMARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING – CONSTRUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

Construction Machine Operator Pre-training Course is aimed to create opportunities to learn and practice for the youth, who have orientation to find a job after high school graduation. They can choose a career they are interested by pre-training. Besides, those who are having a job also can join this course to widen their knowledge.

Construction machine operating is one of popular industries chosen by many people. Despite the short training time, trainees still have enough knowledge and working skills. This course is for both individuals and enterprises.

I. CONSTRUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR PRE-TRAINING

Safety Care operates Construction Machine Operator Pre-training Course with the aim to provide the knowledge and working skills for workers, who already started learning or who are in charge of the job involved in operating machinery, lifting equipment, bulldozers, earthmoving … After training course, Safety Care directly issues Certificate of pre-training course as prescribed.

Subjects of course: Male from 18 years old, educational level 9/12 and good health.

Training time: 300 hours, 104 hours for theory and 196 hours for tests.

Certificate: Pre-training certificate – Construction Machine Operator.

II. OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

  • Summarize the knowledge of the structure and operation principles of construction machines and auxiliary equipments of boilers
  • Knowledge of risk factors when operating construction machines.
  • Policies and regulations of the Vietnamese State on designing, buying, selling, manufacturing, managing, using and repairing construction machines
  • How to operate machines (ironing, digging, excavating, leveling, compacting). Ensure safety in the process of operation, preservation, diagnosis, maintenance, detecting common damage and repairing.
  • Calculate economic efficiency in the production process. Know how to exploit the maximum capacity of machines. Have ability to work independently and teamwork.
  • Effectively apply the knowledge to local production.
  • Conscious self-awareness to widen about professional knowledge. Actively participate in theoretical and practical subjects during the training process.
  • Undertake jobs such as technical staffs or workers operating machines (ironing, digging, excavating, leveling, compacting). Participate in operating, organizing activities of a team, a construction team …
  • Be self-employed in a field related to this construction machine.

III. TRAINING TIME AND MINIMUM REAL-TIME LEARNING

1. Course training time and minimum real-time learning:

  • Training time: 03 months
  • Learning time: 12 weeks
  • Minimum real-time learning: 300 hours
  • Time for review and test all subjects, modules and graduation exams: 20 hours (in which graduation exam: 10 hours)

2. Real-time allocation:

  • Time for studying all subjects and modules: 300 hours
  • Time for theory: 104 hours
  • Time for practice: 196 hours
  • Time for test: 25 hours
