PRIMARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING – ELECTRIAL TECHNIQUE

Primary vocational course in electrical technique is the opportunity for many young people to learn and practice. Among them are those who have just graduated from high school and want to look for a job. Therefore, you will be oriented to study a career through a primary vocational training course. This is considered the most basic training level. Training duration is not too long but the trainee can gain sufficient knowledge and skills for working. In addition, those who have been working can also participate in this course to reinforce their expertise and knowledge. The training course is organized for both individuals and businesses.

I. PRIMARY VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN ELECTRICAL TECHNIQUE

Safety Care provides primary vocational course in electrical technique for many different subjects. Subjects of this training program must be at least 18 years old and have minimum general education level of 9/12. More specifically, you have to graduate from high school or are working on jobs related to electricity. Moreover, you must have good health to complete the training program. Safety Care will directly issue vocational training certificate in accordance with Circular no. 42/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH after completing the course.

II. OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Identifying conventional symbols on circuit diagrams, on electrical design drawings;
  • Presenting the method of connecting wires and cables. Having basic knowledge of occupational safety and first aid methods to save people with electrical accidents.
  • Presenting how to use measuring tools, marking tools, electrical tools, cutting machines and hand drilling machines, flaring sets, electrical soldering iron;
  • Describing the structure, symbols, working principles of electrical tools, common electrical appliances at home and at small factories;
  • Presenting method of measuring with multimeter, enchanting meter, ampere meter;
  • Presenting the process of installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical tools, common electrical equipment at home and at small factories;
  • Reading electrical design drawings, circuit diagrams and preparing feasible construction plans;
  • Knowing how to choose tools, equipment and supplies with sufficient quantity and right types compliance with designs;
  • Using multimeter, ampere meter, enchanting meter to measure parameters in electrical circuits and networks;
  • Using measuring tools, marking tools, electrical tool kits, portable drilling machines, cutting machines, flaring sets, electrical soldering iron …;
  • Installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical switchgear and protective devices, common electrical equipment at home, at the workshop in accordance with the process and technical requirement.
  • Knowing how to operate the circuit correctly;
  • Gaining meticulousness, carefulness, industrial working style;
  • Strict compliance with the regulations, rules and technical processes;
  • Ensuring safety and saving in learning.
  • Possibly undertaking work in small businesses in the installation and repair of electrical appliances, electrical equipment at home and at small factories.

III. DURATION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN ELECTRICAL TECHNIQUE

1. Duration of training course

  • Training time: 03 months (12 weeks)
  • Study time: 10 weeks
  • Minimum actual study time: 400 hours
  • Time for General activities: 40 hours
  • Time for review and final examination: 40 hours (in which graduation exam: 08 hours)

2. Minimum actual study time distributed as follows

  • The time for vocational subjects and modules is 400 hours
  • Time for theory is 76 hours and time for practice is 324 hours

IV. LIST OF TRAINING MODELS, TRAINING TIME

1. Basic technical modules

Module 1: How to install basic interior electricity.

Module 2: How to use electrical meters, tools and equipment

2. Professional career modules

Module 3: Electrical installation in house

Module 4: Electrical installation in a small factory

Module 5: Repairing electrical switching and protection tools 

Module 6: Repairing electrical equipment in house

Module 7: How to maintain and repair asynchronous engines

All modules will be taught for 400 hours including 76 hours of theoretical study, 312 hours of practical study and 12 hours of review and graduation exam.

V. TRAINING PROGRAM

Module 1: How to install basic interior electricity

  • Occupation safety
  • Low voltage electrical tools
  • Reading electrical design drawings and circuit diagrams
  • Lesson 4: Wire connection

Module 2: How to use electrical meters, tools and equipment

  • Using electrical meter
  • Using hand tools
  • Using equipment

Module 3: Electrical installation in house

  • Preparation for construction
  • Installation of floating tube and threading wire
  • Installation of submersible tube and threading wire
  • Installation of lights
  • Installation of electrical fans
  • Installation of electrical bell
  • Installation of electricity for water pumps using relay buoys
  • Installation of air conditioner
  • Installation of switchgear and protected equipment
  • Installation of electrical cabinets
  • Inspection, acceptance and handover

Module 4: Electrical installation in the factory

  • Preparation for construction
  • Installation of electrical cable on ceramic pulley
  • Installation of electrical cable in pipe
  • Installation of electrical cabinet
  • Electrical connection for machines
  • Inspection, acceptance and handover

Module 5: Repair of electrical tools

  • Repairing electrically closed and 1-phase protection tools 
  • Repairing electrically closed and for 3-phase protection tools 
  • Troubleshooting power supplying problems

Module 6: Repair electrical equipment in the house

  • Repairing lighting circuits
  • Maintenance of electrical fans
  • Repairing electrical fans

Module 7: Maintenance and repair of asynchronous engines

  • Maintenance of asynchronous motor
  • Repairing 1 phase AC asynchronous motor
  • Maintenance of 1-phase water pump motor
  • Repairing 1-phase water pump motor

VI. BENEFITS OF TRAINING COURSE

  • Mastering the knowledge of electricity, knowing how to use electrical equipment, procedure of installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical tools and equipment
  • Being provided with detailed compilation of documents according to the training program framework;

  • Having ability to install, repair electrical equipment, electric circuits at small enterprises, factories,…
  • Getting the training certificate of electrical technology course in accordance with the Circular 42/2015/TT-BLĐTBXH

VII. DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

In order to participate in the primary vocational training in electrical techniques, trainee need to submit:

  • Registration form certified by the Company
